We have setup a number of ways for you to get support from us, you can speak to us via:

Visit HostThree Client Area and register/login. Once you have done this please click "Submit Ticket" and follow the instructions, a representative will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution, timescale is around 1-24hrs deppending on the issue. Open 24/7 365 days a year.

Site Status

We have a backup site at www.mysitestatus.net that will give you the most up to date information on any server downtime in the event that our site fails to load. The site is hosted at a different data centre from our servers.
